Maps what each side project pays for, what those services connect to and who owns them, before anything gets cancelled.
Every side project quietly collects subscriptions: hosting, email, domains, APIs. LeakSquash tracks each one with its cost, renewal date, billing owner and technical owner, and what it connects to (webhooks, inboxes, API keys), so you know what breaks before you cancel it.
What went into it
- Workspaces, projects and a ledger of services, with a burn meter for the monthly spend
- Dashboard widgets for renewals due this week, the top spender and “zombie” services nobody has reviewed
- A kill-switch checklist per service: what to redirect, rotate or reassign before cancelling
- Receipt imports, including PDFs, and an MCP server that lets a coding agent scan a repo and propose its services for import
