OvenOps
Bakery management for home and small bakeries, from ingredients and recipes to production, sales and food labels.
OvenOps started as BAKEIT, a bespoke app for a local home bakery, and grew into a product for other small bakeries. It is opening to home bakers through a waitlist.
What it does
- Ingredients, inventory and packaging, with purchases and usage
- Recipes and production batches, including batches that combine several recipes
- Sales and orders with cost of goods and margin reporting
- Expenses and reusable expense templates
- Product labels that follow New Zealand food labelling rules
- Reports on ingredients, production and sales
