Kimi K3.1 one-shot demo

K3 built a cosmos. Gemini 4 Argon built a control room. Kimi K3.1 built an instrument.

I’ve been running the same one-shot experiment with different models: the model writes a prompt for itself, then builds a web experience from that prompt.

Kimi K3.1 one-shot demo

Kimi K3 created ORRERY - a procedural astronomical clock with working brass gears, real orbital mechanics, and generative sound.

Gemini 4 Argon skipped the cosmic metaphors and produced a dense mission-control dashboard full of live simulations.

Now Kimi K3.1 has taken another direction entirely: FIELD, a living generative instrument that turns moods into visual art and ambient sound.

Four moods, interactive canvas landscapes, synthesized Web Audio, remix controls, and downloadable postcards.

K3.1 chose a clearer creative direction - and it made an eye candy.
