Linear as the agents’ orchestrator
Why so many AI coding agent tools are building around Linear.
I’m using Linear for my personal projects and I’m pretty happy with it.
What I’m noticing is how it’s starting to dominate the new layer of AI coding agents. Tools like Symphony, OpenSWE, Cursor agents, Factory Droids and a bunch of others are building with Linear in mind as the central orchestrator.
I built my small orchestrator tool around Linear too and it worked really well.
Either Jira is completely losing in that race, or I’m just living in my bubble.
